It was a big surprise to everyone the Grammy's nominees, especially to us from My Gossip Gang, who expected big names from the music industry such as Miley Cyrus, Katy Perry, Niall Horan, Harry Styles and Demi Lovato on the list, but they were snubbed.
Miley Cyrus released her new album 'Younger Now' experimenting a new type of style. Cyrus focused on 'Country Pop' style and plunged into her deep lyrics with the help of only one producer, the album itself was simple compared to her latest commercial release 'Bangerz', but she sure didn't disappoint us!
Harry Styles with his new album titled 'Harry Styles' was also snubbed by Grammy, his album has literally any kind of music he's interested to listening to, such as pop, rock, alternative, but basically the songs are based on a softrock style.
Lady Gaga, Lord, Alessia Cara, Kendrick Lamar, Bruno Mars, Kesha and Pink were fortunately saved from this snub. (Check out the nominees list here)
We're still surprised that Lord was nominee just once even after releasing her newest masterpiece 'Melodrama'.
Names like Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Luis Fonsi and Jay-Z also received nominations, well, $hould we $ay $omething?
Actually we aren't that surprised by this huge snub for huge names on music industry, it seems that the Grammy is no longer relevant, and now works only for bribes, I hope that next year's nominees list really makes sense.
