Joe Jonas accused of kidnapping his own children

UH OH! Joe Jonas is being accused of international kidnapping due to not returning his children on the right time to Sophie Turner, his former partner and kids' mother.

The Game of Thrones actress set a claim in Manhattan court today asking for the return of the couple's daughter. They are in the process of divorce and it is said that both of them asked for joint custody.

The problem is that Sophie claims the former couple made the UK, Sophie's home country,  their PERMANENT  HOME since December of 2023, which implicates in problems in cases that involve international couples. 

The HAIA CONVENTION can be applied and in this cases, the kids remain in the country declared their permanent home. So in this case Joe Jonas WOULD LOSE CUSTODY OF HIS DAUGHTERS.

According to Sophie's plea there was a wrongful detention and it started on September 20 and she claimed she heard about the divorce through the news.

Well well well, the divorce was not amicable at all and we had already indicated that.

Let's keep an eye on them, because we see more DRAMA on the way.
