Ariana Grande has cancelled her engagement with Pete Davidson this weekend.
The couple had been going on through a huge crisis that started after the death of Mac Miller, Ariana's ex boyfriend.
Some days after the tragic event, the couple had announced the postponing of their wedding.
The couple has met in the set of Saturday Night Live and they have been together since May only weeks after her public break up with Mac Miller, which sparkled rumours of infidelity on Ariana's side.
They also decided to get engaged and started living together 2 weeks after dating.
Ariana Grande has had her name involved in many scandals this year and she was under attack from fans and part of the media.
She was accused of cheating because of her early engagement, she was supposedly abused by a pastor during a tribute to Aretha Franklin and she was chased by Mac Miller's fans after his mental breakdown and later passing.
Having a relationship during this rough time was certainly not easy for both of them. They got even death threats from Miller's fans.
Ariana has decided to take a break from media and public life.
After all these incidents, it would be bad timing for a serious relationship, so she decided to concentrate on her mental health.
