Miley Cyrus and Wiz Khalifa were accused of ripping off the song “23 (J’s on my feet)" from singer Ariella Asher, who originally recorded a track called "J’s on my feet" back in 2012.
Ariella decided to sue Cyrus and Khalifa and their producer Mike Will Make-it for copying her original hit. She believes that even the big hit videoclip was inspired on her original video.
According to her, the rip off happened when her friend gave a tape with her song to Mike Will Make-it and instead of putting her under the spotlight and launching her to fame, he took her track and gave it to Miley Cyrus and Wiz Khalifa to perform and arrange it.
Five years after its launch, she decided to sue these artists and now she wants to block any future distribution. Will she make it? Only time will tell.
