The reason for the fight in question is a kid, daughter of Cardi B named Kulture. According to 'Bodak Yellow' rapper, Minaj had mocked her as a mother several times.
Cardi B apparently goes up to Nicki and is quickly surrounded by some security guards. On the video below published by TMZ we can see Nicki surrounded by security guards and Cardi throwing her High Heels on her. (This scene has been seen before!)
